Let's start, as usual, with the look. There is nothing special about the smartphone here. It is made of plastic, it is quite pleasant to hold in your hand and work comfortably with it. The front surface of the Fly IQ430 Evoke is occupied almost entirely by the display, above which is the front camera, the diffuser and the tactile sensors, below which are the white light control buttons. On the back you can see the camera, the external speaker and the company logo. On the upper end are located – a 3.5 mm headphone output, microUSB output and a power / lock button, on the side – a volume control key.
The assembly was done well: there were no crushes or washes.
The dimensions of the device are 116x63x11.7 mm and the weight is 113 g.
The kit includes: phone, charger, battery, USB cable, headphones and instructions.
Performance and software
Fly IQ430 Evoke runs on a 2-core MediaTek MTK6577 processor with a clock frequency of 1 GHz, a PowerVR SGX531 graphics accelerator and 512 MB RAM. Of course, the features are now considered obsolete, but so far they face the most requested applications and games not very demanding. In addition, the phone belongs to budget models, so no miracles can be expected from it.
The internal memory is 4 GB, but can be increased with 32 GB microSDHC cards. The device runs Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean.
The smartphone has pre-installed software: a browser, an e-mail client, integration programs with social networks, SPB TV, ivi.ru, FBReader, audio and video players, as well as other games and applications.
The phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and 3G networks.
Fly IQ430 Evoke has a 3.5-inch capacitive TFT display with 480×320 pixel resolution. Image quality, of course, is not very good, viewing angles also leave much to be desired. But it is difficult to ask for more from the budget model.
The Fly IQ430 Evoke has a 3.2 megapixel rear camera with digital zoom. Allows you to shoot at a maximum resolution of 2048×1536 pixels and record videos with a resolution of 480×320 pixels. You can set the car modes and at night, the following effects are available: sepia, negative, monochrome, blue sepia, green sepia.
Image quality is average: small details are often indistinguishable, colors are unsaturated.
The smartphone has a VGA front facing camera for video communication.
The device has a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1300 mAh, which, according to the manufacturer, should be sufficient for 8 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby time. In practice, a battery charge was enough for 4.5 hours of internet browsing over Wi-Fi.
The price of Fly IQ430 Evoke on the Russian market is 4390 rubles.
