What state do u live in because I've ordered 7 iphones from back market and all were as described also just got a xr and it's perfect all around and I bought the fair condition no scratches either and I live in texas so maybe that's why I have better experience

It shouldn't be this hard. People would be more willing to buy used if sellers were honest about their descriptions. If it's scratched, just say that
