    One thing that confuses me with apple is how a phone randomly ends up damaged. I’ve always looked after my phones really well as I sell them once I’m finished with them. I recently got the 12 and love it but it’s randomly ended up with a dent in the speaker grill, Ik it’s not too bad and you can hardly notice it but I think apple might’ve changed the thickness of the metal on the speaker grill as the metal seems to be softer than the speaker grill on the SE 2020. Has anyone else had this issue?

    My mom got a 12 pro max

    Within a week there was a huge deep scratch so either the Ceramic Shield wasn’t good on hers or she had something hard in her purse
    (Take that out of context if you will)
