  3. Even I had very frustrating experience in my iPhone 11 flash light was not working within 1 month of purchase. I sent this to planet care in Bengaluru and as per apple service team they initially told that this phone was unauthorised modified outside when I told them why I will go outside repair when I have manufacture warranty then they changed their statement and told that this phone is accidentally damaged. First of all believe me they are selling faulty products in India and then blaming customers so that they don’t need to honour service warranty. I support you, apple team is very pathetic.

  9. Will tell my experience with Apple service centre.
    I wanted to change battery of my iPhone 7 Plus.

    1. First of all authorised Apple service centre do not take walk in customers. They don’t even listen to you and tell you to take online appointments.
    2. Taking online appointments can be difficult as time slots are limited and generally not beyond 6-7 pm (so you might have to take leave from your work)
    3. In my city there is only one authorised centre. Next centre is 14 km away. And I could never find any empty slot in that centre as it never showed any empty slot for months together.
    Somehow I managed to talk with the guy in centre to know some information. He said that it will take 3-4 hrs if battery is available in the shop and 5-7 days if it’s not available as they will have to order it. He never said whether they had it with them at that moment. They also said that phone might get reset during battery change and I might lose data so told me to take back up.
    Because of above problem I was forced to take my phone to local unauthorised repair shop as I could not afford giving my phone for 5-7 days or for that matter even for hours with risk of losing data. I did not have a spare phone so that I could take up back up and use other phone. So I was forced to change my battery at local shop for 3500 rs. Local shop changed my battery in 10 min in front my eyes with intact data and gave my phone immediately. Battery worked fine for 1 year and again started giving problems as it was not genuine battery. So this time I decided to buy a new iPhone and after transferring my data to new phone I went to Apple store to put new genuine battery in my iPhone 7 Plus. Somehow I managed to get appt after 3 weeks. But when I went I was told that they will not replace my battery as it was replaced by unauthorised store previously and they cannot do anything about my phone.
    I felt really angry and annoyed. Apple does not sell their genuine parts to anyone and replacement with genuine parts only possible at authorised service centre. I felt cheaper phones like Xiaomi, Samsung or one plus have better service options. It’s really frustrating as they just lift their hands up and don’t provide any solution. Local shops are 1000 times better but unfortunately they don’t have access to genuine parts.

  10. Apple doesn't even care to fix simple issues. The service centers treat customers very badly and unwilling to fix handset in warranty. They only want customers which are outside warranty to make huge bills.
