Without a commentary there is nowhere near enough information here to actually do the job. For example: on using the heater, how hot, what kind etc? What's with the glue? Where can I get the necessary?

NEVER EVER touch an unprotected adhesive stripe with your (always greasy and dirty no matter what) fingers! It renders the stripe useless or at least A LOT weaker. Plus you must test the screen first, not use a metal blade…
