HP updates its Envy and Elitebook computers with Coffee Lake and Ryzen processors

HP has decided to review its high Envy and Elite ranges, and today they have decided to show the world the new features of the new computer models this year. These new products bring better hardware, and a series of differences that differentiate it from previous versions.

New HP Envy
Envy 13 and 17 laptops have become much more portable, something that can attract more users. The Envy x360 15 convertibles also feature similar design enhancements and you can choose Intel Coffee Lake or AMD Ryzen configurations, MX150 GPU or Radeon Vega and 1080p or 4K displays. As for the smallest model, the Envy x360 13, HP has released a new version with AMD Ryzen + Vega. Both models integrate the Sure View brand technology that prevents other people from seeing the contents of our computer. The prices of the new family are: E nvy 13 and Envy 17 have a base price of 1000 dollars and 1500 dollars, respectively; The Envy x360 13 and 15 are priced at USD 760 and USD 750 in their Ryzen version. The Intel version of the HP Envy x360 15 will have an initial price of USD 870.

HP Envy AIO
The brand has not forgotten its desktop AIO computers. The new Envy AIO 27 and Envy Curved AIO 34 bring a new design, which makes it look like the new monitors are floating in the air. One of the most striking news of these computers in the incorporation of native support for Amazon’s Alexa, a NVIDIA GTX 1050 graphics card and wireless charging for our phones and smartwatch. These new models will arrive with a starting price of 1400 dollars for the Envy AIO 27 ; The Envy Curved AIO 34 model will arrive at the end of the year.

New HP EliteBook
The range of laptops designed for professionals has also been renewed, the EliteBook 1050 laptop is a very thin notebook that has an NVIDIA GTX 1050 graphics card, and can choose between 1080p and 4K resolution. This laptop is more powerful than any of the aforementioned and is capable of managing up to 4 TB of SSD storage (with RAID).

The EliteBook x360 1030 is more compact than the previous laptop. This laptop has a 13-inch and 4K screen. This model does not allow graphics integration, but maintains HP’s Sure View technology; If you work on the street, you have the option to buy a laptop with 700 nits of brightness (more than enough to counter the sun). And like all convertibles, it maintains the option to include 4G connection.

The direct competitor of the Microsoft convertibles, the Elite x2, has also undergone a renovation. The new model integrates a quad-core Coffee Lake processor, optional 4G and 39% thinner frames. If you work in shared environments, adding Sure Tech technology may be an option.
