Galaxy S9 and S9+ preorder terms and conditions

Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. introduces Prebooking(“PreBooking”) on Galaxy S9 & Galaxy S9+ (“Device”).
The Prebooking shall start from 26th February 2018 onwards.
You can pre-book the Device both Online and Offline. The online booking can be done on Samsung Shop i.e. https://shop.samsung.com/in whereas the offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores (“Offline Outlet”).
Only one Product can be pre-booked against one mobile number. For activating the Device, the Customer has to use the same mobile number with which the pre-booking was done. All customers should have registered with the same mobile number for a minimum period of 03 (three) days from the date of inserting the SIM in first SIM slot for the first time.
Pre –booking Device on Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store)
The Pre-booking can be done on Samsung Shopstarting from 26th February 2018 by making an initial payment of Rs. 2000.00
While Pre-booking you will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the Samsung Shop such as your name, mobile number (please read clause 4 above), email id, model number and color of the Device, without which the pre-booking will be incomplete.
Once you pre-book the Device you will receive a notification vide SMS / email from the portal confirming your registration.
Post receiving your pre-book information, you will be informed by Samsung or its authorized third party regarding the balance amount and the dates by when you will be required to make the said balance payment.
The Pre-book amount of Rs. 2000.00 shall be adjusted in the full payment of the Device.
If you do not complete the pre-booking by paying the balance amount by the due date as intimated by Samsung Online Shop, your pre-book amount will be automatically refunded within 7 working days post closure of pre-book period.
Pre-booking Device at select Samsung Stores (“Outlet”)
To pre-book the Device at select Samsung stores (“Offline Outlet”) you have to do the registration via the Pre-book app available with the Samsung promoters at the respective Outlets starting from 26th February 2018 and make a payment of Rs. 2000.00 as a pre-booking amount.
While pre-booking you will have to enter some of your details such as your name, mobile number (please read clause 4 above), email id, model number and color of the Device, without which your pre-booking will be incomplete.
Once you pre-book the Device you will receive notification from Samsung on your mobile number registered in the pre-book app, confirming your registration.
Post receiving your pre-book information, you will be informed by Samsung or its authorized third party or the Outlet from where the Device was Pre-booked, regarding the balance amount and the dates by when you will be required to make the said balance payment.
The Pre-book amount of Rs. 2000.00 shall be adjusted in the full payment of the Device.
If you do not wish to complete the pre-booking by paying the balance amount, you may request for a refund of the pre-book amount from the respective Outlet. The refund shall be at the discretion of the Outlet and Samsung shall not be responsible for the refund.
By doing the pre-booking, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung.
