Razer Blade 2018: the thinnest compact gaming laptop on the market
The specialist manufacturer of peripheral gaming, Razer, has just presented its new gaming laptop, the Razer Blade 2018. The new edition of this year, comes on the market equipped with an Intel Core Coffee Lake processor inside, as well as a built-in monitor with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a body made of aluminum. Since they launched the laptop market with its first model, in 2011, Razer’s series of notebooks has always been one of the most sought after gaming notebook models by many gamers, who must play in this format (for the reason that is). In any case, Razer Blade laptops have earned a good reputation in the gaming environment. A reputation that the company wants to continue maintaining with its new Razer Blade 2018.
The new Razer Blade 2018 gaming notebook mounts a 15.6-inch IPS screen, with very small frames, 4.9 mm. They can be purchased with two screen resolutions: 1920 x 1080 pixels, or 3840 x 2160 pixels, this last model being tactile. In both cases, the screens will support 100% of the sRGB and Adobe RGB color spectrum. And, in both cases, the screens will have the possibility of individualized calibration of the colors they represent.
To move to its new Razer Blade 2018, the manufacturer has chosen to mount inside the best processor in this market for gaming, in the form of the Intel Core i7-8750H. It is a processor with a maximum TDP of 45 W and a base frequency of 2.2 GHz and a turbo of 4.1 GHz. The processor is one of the first for laptops that assembles the complete Coffee Lake core, with its six cores and twelve cores. The amount of RAM you mount can range from 16 GB of the most basic configuration up to 32 GB of the highest. In both cases it is DDR4 memory operated at 2667 MHz.
As for the graphics cards that can mount, the most basic option mounted a GeForce GTX 1060, while the most powerful mounted a GeForce GTX 1070. In both cases, the graphics cards are of the Max-Q type, which limit their width so that they fit without problems in very thin laptops.
