Gigabyte Aero 14 is a new ultra-thin notebook gaming (19.8 mm), lightweight (less than 2kg) and colored (green, orange and black), which we’ll definitely live at Computex 2016. Here is its data sheet. Let’s face it: it is difficult to build gaming really compact notebook, because gamers seek processors and faster graphics and powerful, they consume a lot of energy and produce large amounts of heat that an ultra-thin notebook may not contain. Gigabyte Aero 14 specs: It is not the only one: Gigabyte Aero 14 is a laptop with 14-inch IPS display (2560 x 1440 pixels), processor Intel Core i7-6700HQ (Skylake), 8GB or 16GB DDR4 RAM memory to 2133MHz (with support up to 32GB of 2 SODIMM slot), two slots for SSD M.2 and dedicated graphics to choose between a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 965m or GeForce GTX 970M. Has a compact design, rather compact: measuring just 19.8 mm in thickness and weighs 1.9 Kg. And despite everything, the Taiwanese company has integrated three-port USB 3.0 Type-A, a USB 3.1 Type-C , an HDMI, a Mini Display Port and audio jacks. There’s also a WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.1 module, while the operating system is Windows 10.

You would think that a similar hardware equipment puts a strain on the autonomy of the Gigabyte Aero 14 – and you do not have a point – but the gaming notebook has another special feature, a large battery 94.24 Wh . Such capabilities can ensure a good operating time away from the electrical outlet and, although at the moment we have not yet official and verified estimates, we can venture that Gigabyte Aero 14 can also hold out for 7-8 hours with normal use. It would be almost a record, for a notebook of this category.

The equipment is completed by a backlit keyboard with macro keys , stereo speakers, HD camera, SD card reader and support for an optional USB-LAN adapter as the RJ-45 port is absent.
