Acer Nitro 5 Spin has been launched in India which is the 1^st convertible gaming laptop that features the latest Nvidia Pascal 1050 dedicated graphics card that makes it ideal for high end gaming. There is also the latest 8^th generation i5/ i7 processor. There are two SKUs listed on Acer’s India website – NH.Q2YSI.002 and NH.Q2YSI.003.

As you can see, the i7 variant has hybrid storage, consisting of both hard disk and SSD which can significantly reduce load times in gaming or while working with videos and heavy files. Other than that, there are no differences. You get the same red backlit keyboard and Nvidia 1050 4GB VRAM GPU on both SKUs. It shall be noted that compared to non-spin model of Acer Nitro 5, this one has 1050 and not the faster 1050Ti.

Interestingly, the Nitro 5 Spin integrates a fingerprint scanner which verifies the owner’s identity using Windows Hello feature. Prices start at 79990 for the i5 model and can be purchased on Flipkart portal.
